Women’s Kevlar Riding Jackets Looks like denim. Tested like gear.
Nine builds. One abrasion class.
Every card shows the protective spec, not just the look.
Every badge on this page, decoded.
The highest garment class. AAA certifies the fabric survives the longest slide times in the standard's abrasion test. AA and A rate lower. Every piece in this collection is AAA — there is no lower tier in the range.
Armor protects joints; fabric protects skin. Level 2 absorbs more impact energy than Level 1. Pockets fit D3O, SAS-TEC, and standard CE inserts. We recommend L2 for highway, L1 for city.
Lined (2L) sews a separate aramid layer inside the shell — maximum coverage. Single-layer (1L) weaves aramid into the denim — lighter and cooler. Both certify AAA; the choice is climate, not safety class.

Women’s Kevlar Riding Jackets, without the compromise.
Most women's motorcycle gear is a men's pattern made smaller. That's not what we do. Our women's jackets are built from the ground up for female anatomy — proportional bust-to-waist ratio, sleeve length cut for shorter arms, shoulder seams aligned with women's bone structure, and armor pockets positioned where impact zones actually sit on a woman's body. Same AAA-class certification, same CE Level 1 and Level 2 armor compatibility, same heavyweight denim and leather construction as our men's line — different cut, different fit, different priorities. Whether you ride a cruiser, sportbike, or adventure bike, this collection is built around how women actually ride. Browse Best Motorcycle Jeans for Women 2026 for our complete women's buyer's guide.
Why Women's-Specific Motorcycle Jackets Matter
Armor that's positioned wrong doesn't protect. A jacket cut from a men's pattern places shoulder armor where men's shoulders sit — which is several centimeters higher and wider than where a woman's shoulder ridge actually is. Elbow armor follows the same pattern. The result: armor that shifts during a fall, and impact zones that aren't covered when it matters most. Our women's jackets reposition armor pockets to match female anatomical landmarks. The result is gear that stays in place under stress and protects what it's supposed to protect.
Construction Standards Match the Men's Line
Every women's jacket carries the same protection credentials as our men's line: EN 17092 AAA-class certification, CE-rated armor pockets at shoulders, elbows, and back, heavyweight denim or full-grain leather construction, and reinforced double-needle stitching at every structural seam. CE Level 1 armor ships standard; Level 2 inserts are available as an upgrade. The difference is the pattern, not the protection.
Fit Guidance for Women Riders
Women's motorcycle jacket fit is calibrated for the riding position — bust measurement should be snug enough that the jacket doesn't shift at speed, but not so tight that movement is restricted. The hem should sit at the hip bone (or slightly below) to prevent ride-up in the riding position. Sleeves should hit the wrist bone when arms are extended forward (riding position), which means standing in the jacket they'll feel slightly long. If you're between sizes, size down for fitted styles and size up if you plan to layer underneath. Detailed measurements are in our size guide.
Styles for Different Riding Types
Our women's collection includes cropped denim jackets (for street and café racer riders who want a shorter silhouette), classic-length denim and leather jackets (for cruiser and standard riders), and longer touring jackets (for adventure and touring riders who want more coverage and storage). Each cut is designed around the riding position it's built for — not as a fashion choice.

What's the difference between single-layer and lined Kevlar builds?
Lined builds have a separate aramid layer sewn inside the denim shell — maximum coverage, slightly warmer. Single-layer builds weave the aramid into the denim itself, so they wear lighter and cooler at a small coverage trade-off. Both carry AAA-class certification.
Does this gear come with armor?
It varies by product and is stated on every product page. Every piece has CE armor pockets, compatible with D3O, SAS-TEC, and standard CE inserts. We recommend Level 2 for highway riding, Level 1 for city.
What size should I order?
Every product page has a fit description and a body-measurement chart. Kevlar-lined builds sit closer through the body to keep armor pockets aligned. Outside the chart, most pieces are available custom made-to-order.
Is Kevlar denim actually as safe as leather?
AAA is the highest abrasion class under EN 17092 — the same class quality leather race gear certifies to. Abrasion resistance protects skin in a slide; impact protection comes from the CE armor you add to the pockets. Always pair with a helmet and proper gloves.
