Why price doesn't equal protection.
EN 17092 is pass/fail laboratory physics. A AAA garment at $149 survived the same test rig as a AAA garment at $349.
The abrasion machine doesn't read price tags. When a garment certifies AAA, it passed defined abrasion, seam-strength, and tear-strength thresholds in an accredited lab. What premium pricing usually buys elsewhere is European retail overhead — not additional slide time. We keep the price band lower by selling direct from Woodbridge, Virginia and putting the margin into the fabric and the testing, not the storefront.
