Products & Inserts
What Can I Customise?
On most styles you can choose from 23 denim colour options and nine stitching thread colours, pick a standard size, or choose Custom Made-to-Order to have the piece cut from your measurements. Vests also offer closure and side-lace options. Each product page shows the choices available for that item.
Are Inserts Included?
Riding jeans and riding pants come with a standard set of removable knee and hip inserts. Jackets ship with their shoulder, elbow and back pockets empty unless you choose an insert add-on on the product page, where the price is shown. For jeans, an alternative insert set is offered as an option on the product page. Vests have no insert pockets. More in our Insert Pocket Guide.
Do You Publish Test Reports Or Certificates?
No. We don't publish laboratory test reports, certificates or protection ratings for our garments or inserts. Our Testing & Certification Information page explains how riding garments are rated in general.
Can I Use Inserts I Already Own?
Contact us before ordering and tell us which inserts you have.
Sizing & Fit
How Does Sizing Work?
Each product page lists the standard sizes, and our Size Guide explains how to measure. If you're between sizes or outside the chart, contact us or choose the Custom Made-to-Order option.
How Does Custom Made-to-Order Work?
Choose Custom Made-to-Order on the product page and enter your measurements in the form that appears. The piece is cut as a one-off pattern from those measurements. The option's price is shown when you select it. Custom orders are prepared for dispatch within 10–15 business days; shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination. Custom pieces can only be returned for a manufacturing fault; see our Refund Policy.
