“Quality and protection are good. Fit was the issue — too tight at the hips and knees for me. I’m 6’2" and the standard cut runs short in the inseam. Should have ordered custom or gone up a size. Returned and exchanged for the next size up which fit fine.”

What happens if I have a bad experience?
Tell us before leaving a 1-star review — we'd rather fix the problem. Most 1-star reviews we get are about issues that should have been handled by support and somehow weren't, so reaching out first usually gets a faster resolution than a public review alone.
Can I include photos in my review?
Yes — verified reviewers can attach photos of themselves with the gear. Those photos may appear in the Real Riders section of our homepage, in addition to the written review here.
Why does the fit come up so often in the critical reviews?
Fit is the most common complaint across the whole review set, which is exactly why we built a dedicated Size Guide and a Custom Made-to-Order option. If you're between sizes or notably tall or short for your build, check the size chart first.
