How To Read This Catalog

Two kinds of piece. One honest label.

Not everything in the catalog is protective gear — some pieces are built for look and everyday wear. Every card tells you which one you're looking at.

Certified
Kevlar / AAA / Cordura — confirmed on listing

Backed by a specific protective claim. These pieces state Kevlar lining, AAA-class abrasion certification under EN 17092, or Cordura-reinforced panels directly in their listing copy. Full spec and armor-pocket detail is on each product page.

Style Piece
No protective claim in listing copy

Built for the look, not the slide. These pieces — mostly classic-cut vests and jackets — make no Kevlar, AAA, or CE claim. Some explicitly confirm no armor pockets at all. Great for off-bike wear; not a substitute for certified gear on the road.

Sizing
Two systems, by category

Jeans and pants size by waist inch (25–42, depending on line). Jackets and vests use S–3XL letter sizing. Women's-cut pieces run a curvier waist-and-hip block for the same size number as the men's line.

About This Catalog

Denim motorcycle gear, honestly labeled.

A catalog this size needs one rule above all: never let a style piece look like safety gear, or a certified piece look like just another jean.

The Denimotto range covers four categories — riding jeans, motorcycle jackets, denim vests, and riding pants — across men's, women's, and unisex fits. Within each category you'll find both certified protective pieces (Kevlar-lined, AAA-class under EN 17092, or Cordura-reinforced) and classic style pieces built on the same denim aesthetic without a protective claim attached.

Certified pieces carry CE armor-pocket compatibility for D3O, SAS-TEC, and standard inserts where noted on the product page, and are independently lab-tested rather than self-certified. Style pieces — patch-ready club vests, cropped and boyfriend-cut jackets, classic wash denim — are built for fit and finish, not abrasion resistance.

Shopping for a themed collection instead of the full catalog? Start with Men's Kevlar Riding Jeans, Women's Kevlar Riding Jeans, Men's Riding Jackets, Women's Riding Jackets, Men's Riding Vests, or Women's Riding Vests — each themed page carries deeper protective spec detail than this all-products view.

If the standard size chart doesn't fit your build, most certified pieces are available custom made-to-order, cut as a one-off pattern rather than an alteration.

Collection FAQ

Before you filter.

Is every product on this page CE or Kevlar certified?

No. The catalog mixes AAA-class and Kevlar-certified protective pieces with classic style pieces that carry no armor or abrasion certification at all. Every card is labeled either “Certified” or “Style Piece,” and the full spec is always confirmed on the individual product page — use the Protection filter to show only certified gear.

Why do jeans and pants use number sizes but jackets and vests use letters?

Jeans and riding pants are sized by waist inch (25–42, depending on the line), matching how most riders already buy denim. Jackets and vests use S–3XL letter sizing, since fit there depends more on chest, shoulder, and torso length than a single waist number. Each product page has the full body-measurement chart for its category.

Can I filter to only see men's or women's fit?

Yes — use the Gender filter in the rail above the grid. Women's-cut pieces run on a curvier waist-and-hip block for the same size number as the men's line; unisex pieces (mostly club-style vests) use one shared block.

What's your return policy if a certified piece doesn't fit?

US orders get free returns within 30 days and free worldwide exchanges. If you're between two sizes on a certified piece, we generally recommend sizing down for lined denim — full guidance is on each product's size chart.
