✓ WHO THIS IS FOR
- Riders who want a bold orange denim biker vest that stands out from traditional black or blue styles.
- Motorcyclists looking for an adjustable fit with side-lacing for added comfort.
- Riders who want a patch-ready back panel and concealed carry compatibility.
- Those who prefer a standard-fit vest with enough room to layer over a hoodie or light jacket.
✗ NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF
- You prefer a traditional black or dark-wash denim biker vest.
- You need built-in armor or impact protection for riding.
- You want a waterproof or insulated vest for wet or cold-weather conditions.
- You prefer a slim, fashion-fit vest without adjustable side lacing.
How It Compares
Against all other denim vests (dark washes), Sunset offers rare visible color distinction. Against Blackline patch-focused, Sunset prioritizes color signature.
What's Included & Guaranteed
Every order includes CE Level 1 armor at all pockets, free US shipping over $250, a 30-day fit exchange, and a 60-day riding-position guarantee.
Made in Pakistan, shipped worldwide. Expected lifespan 8–10 years with proper care.
Size Guide
Size down a half-size from your normal jean. Kevlar-lined denim stretches in over the first weeks — a touch snug standing means comfortable in the riding position. Between sizes? Take the smaller one.
Seven measurements. Three minutes.
Use a soft tape over light clothing. Measure the body, not an old garment. Jeans need the first four; jackets and vests need the last three.
Around the natural waist where you actually wear your jeans — not the narrowest point. Keep one finger under the tape.
Around the fullest part of the seat, feet together. This decides slim vs regular for most riders.
Around the fullest part of one thigh, just below the seat — the armor pocket sits against it.
Crotch seam to ankle bone. Err longer — the leg pulls up about an inch when your knee is bent on the peg.
Around the fullest part of the chest or bust, tape level, arms relaxed. Breathe out normally before reading.
Shoulder point over a slightly bent elbow to the wrist bone. Measure with the arm forward, not straight down.
Base of the collar straight down the spine to the hem point. Vests run about 1″ shorter than jackets.
Body-measurement charts.
Charts show body measurements, not garment measurements. The garment allows for the Kevlar layer and armor.

Slim, regular, relaxed — decoded for riders.
Slim
Close through thigh and knee — keeps armor located precisely over the joint. Best for sport and naked bikes.
Regular
The all-rounder. Room for the aramid layer without reading as riding gear off the bike. If unsure, start here.
Relaxed
Roomy through seat and thigh for upright cruiser positions and layering in cold weather.
Custom made-to-order. A pattern, not an alteration.
If the chart doesn't fit your build, we don't stretch the chart — we cut a new pattern.
Most Denimotto pieces are available custom made-to-order from $280 with a 3–4 week lead time. You send your measurements, we cut a one-off pattern with the same AAA-class construction and CE armor pockets. Still protected by the 60-day riding-position guarantee.
The three questions we get daily.
What size motorcycle jeans should I order?
Size down a half-size from your normal jean — riding denim stretches in over the first weeks. A touch snug standing means comfortable in the riding position.
What if I'm between sizes or outside the chart?
Between sizes, take the smaller for lined jeans. Outside the chart entirely, go custom made-to-order — a one-off pattern from $280, 3–4 week lead time.
Can I exchange if the size is wrong?
Yes — exchanges are free worldwide and we send the new size before yours arrives back. Full terms in the Refund Policy.
Measured up? Pick your build.
Every pair carries AAA certification and CE armor pockets — the only variable left is you.
