Shipping

At Denimotto, we are committed to delivering high-quality denim products (including jeans, jackets, and vests) with care, transparency, and reliability. Please review our shipping policy below to understand processing times, delivery expectations, and related terms before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most Denimotto products are carefully crafted to order to ensure quality, proper fit, and attention to detail.

1. Standard Processing Time: Most orders ship within 10-15 business days.
2. International: Typically 14–16 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom orders are prepared for dispatch within 10–15 business days. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination.
4. Rush Orders: If you need faster delivery, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional fee, reducing total production and delivery time to approximately 5–7 business days. Availability may vary by product.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
