Order Processing & Production Time
Most Denimotto products are carefully crafted to order to ensure quality, proper fit, and attention to detail.
- Standard Processing Time: Most orders ship within 10-15 business days.
- International: Typically 14–16 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Personalized or made-to-measure items may require additional production time, typically 15–20 business days, depending on complexity and customization.
- Rush Orders: If you need faster delivery, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional fee, reducing total production and delivery time to approximately 5–7 business days. Availability may vary by product.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility using trusted international courier services, including:

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- There are no handling fees.
- Free shipping on orders over $250.
- Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Some shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS may contact you directly to collect any applicable customs fees before delivery.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges to receive their order. Denimotto is not responsible for customs-related delays.
- If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return, handling, or re-shipping costs incurred.
While these fees are beyond our control, we are happy to review genuine cases and may offer assistance at our discretion.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time through the courier's website until delivery.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Requirements
