At Denimotto, we take pride in delivering premium-quality denim products, including jeans, jackets and vests. Each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail and thoroughly inspected before shipment. Since most of our products are made to order, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.
1. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
- Buyers must inform or return goods within 15 days of receiving the order
- The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect is provided within 48 hours of delivery.
- The return or exchange request has been approved by our support team prior to shipment.
Important: Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized denim products.
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective).
- Worn, altered, or damaged items due to customer use.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
3. Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method instead.
Exchanges are only offered for the same product in a different size or variant. If you require a different product entirely, please initiate a return and place a new order.
4. Return & Refund Shipping Responsibility
Here are the Points:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured courier, as Denimotto is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Important: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing error.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:

- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Reason for return or refund
- Clear photos showing the defect or issue (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 48 business hours with approval and return instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
6. Refund Processing
Here are a few points:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria upon inspection, it will not be approved for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
7. Dispute & Escalation
If your refund request has been denied and you believe this decision was made in error, you may request a formal review by replying to the denial email with additional supporting evidence.
